Ultrasonic Rodent Repellent for Vehicles

The Loraffe Battery Operated Rodent Repellent is designed to protect your vehicle from the damaging effects of rodents and other small animals. Rodents often seek shelter under the hood of a car, especially during the colder months, as the engine compartment provides a warm, dry, and undisturbed environment - an ideal location for them to nest, feed, and breed. Unfortunately, this can lead to significant damage to engine wiring and other expensive components.

To address this issue, the Loraffe Rodent Repellent emits a combination of ultrasonic waves and LED strobe lights to create a hostile environment that deters pests from taking up residence in your vehicle. The ultrasonic waves, ranging from 25kHz to 55kHz, are inaudible to the human ear but cause intense auditory stress for rodents, while the LED strobe lights target their eyesight, further contributing to their discomfort.

Easily activated by toggling the red on/off button, the Loraffe Repellent begins a 3-second flash of the red indicator light and strobe lights, signaling that the deterrent is now active and operational. To power off the device, simply toggle the button to the off position.

For easy testing, the Repellent also features a Test Mode that converts the ultrasonic waves into an audible sound, allowing you to mimic the rodent experience and verify that the device is functioning correctly. The flashing or solid green light indicates the speaker's activity during both the Ultra Mode and Test Mode.

Designed for use in the engine compartment, car interior, trunk, or other confined indoor spaces, the Loraffe Rodent Repellent is constructed with durable, fire-resistant materials capable of withstanding extreme under-hood conditions. It can reliably operate within a temperature range of approximately -20°C (-4°F) to around 80°C (176°F), though care should be taken to avoid exposing the device to excessive heat, such as placing it directly on or near the engine, exhaust manifold, or other high-temperature zones.
